We believe that two-way communication creates harmony. To ensure a clear roadmap for creating precise prostheses, we require all impression records to be taken to a high standard. In cases where margin lines aren't visible or there is a drag, whether digitally or physically, we may ask you to retake the impression. Our goal is not to inconvenience but to elevate our relationship to a level where we can trust and rely on each other's expertise.

Give us a call with the patient's name, tooth number and prescription of whether it needs repair or replacement. Depending on the complexity of the condition, we may ask you for a new impression, or it may be as quick as sending the crown back to us, adjusted, and sent back in as short as same day.

Yes. For all anterior crown cases, we require our free of charge live staining session to be done with the patient in order to fulfill warranty coverage regarding crown shade.

Shade modification request due to teeth whitening or bleaching will not be covered under warranty and will incur extra charge.

In short, yes! Because we only use genuine parts from either Straumann, AstraTech or Nobel Biocare without mixmatching milling centres, we can provide the full warranty that is covered under each company.

Generally, all three Straumann, Dentsply Sirona (AstraTech), and Nobel Biocare provide lifetime warranty for full titanium abutments, and 5 years for zirconia abutments.

For zirconia abutments on genuine ti bases, because we mill our own zirconia abutments, we will provide a lifetime warranty under the same regulation with all ceramic zirconia crowns.
